Training for a big event? Trying to lose a few pounds? Working on improving your overall strength and conditioning? Return to Form Kinesiology & Pilates provides personalized training and conditioning plans designed with you in mind.
Achieve all of your fitness goals – whether they are weight-loss based, rehabilitation-oriented, sports-driven, health-related or otherwise. Return to Form Kinesiology & Pilates provides custom one-on-one and small group training designed with you in mind – tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals, and adapted to your individual needs. Personal training and conditioning sessions are available at the Return to Form in-home gym and studio. Group training is ideal for small groups of three to four people. Workouts will be tailored to your group’s goals, preferences and abilities. Sessions may include:
- Weight and strength training
- Balance
- Pilates
- Yoga
- Guidance in healthy eating and nutrition plans
Classes
Small Group Classes
Our classes are set to a capacity of 6 people. This allows for for affordable prices while each client can still get the correction and attention required.
We do suggest that each client have an assessment prior to entering classes to reassure that the class level is appropriate for them.
Core Align
CoreAlign® emphasize an upright posture and are designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement. Developed by physical therapist Jonathan Hoffman, CoreAlign exercises facilitate musculoskeletal rehabilitation by stimulating core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, very deep stretches and core-controlled aerobic training. Also great for performance enhancement and as a regular exercise regimen for a healthy lifestyle.
Nutrition
Nutrition coaching provides personalised guidance and support to help individuals achieve their health, fitness, or performance goals through better dietary habits. Here’s a breakdown of what it typically includes:

Core Align 1 Foundations Course
CoreAlign is a piece of equipment can help us work with athletes, older populations, neuromuscular challenges and more.
The Core Align 1 Foundations Course will benefit a variety of populations from corrective and guided exercise.
Developed by physical therapist Jonathan Hoffman, the CoreAlign is incredibly effective in improving posture, gait, balance and functional movement. It is also used in athlete training to increase strength, power and endurance.
